Rien Groenewoud P.L.S., CFedS Professional Land Surveyor
Rien Groenewoud brings decades of experience in land surveying to the JES Engineering team. He also brings international experience, having begun his surveying career in The Netherlands. Rien plays a key role in overseeing land survey work, evaluating deeds, analyzing field survey data and preparing maps for all phases of survey mapping. He has vast experience preparing improvement plans, evaluating job sites, managing field crews, and supervising work methods to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and cost savings. He is well-versed in working with public agencies, and in providing them with proper documentation in a timely manner. Rien is a Certified Federal Surveyor (CFedS) and holds licenses as a Professional Land Surveyor in the states of California, Utah and Arizona. He is also certified as an Engineer-in-Training in California, and holds a California Real Estate License.
