Todd Pace P.E. Engineering Manager
Todd Pace is a licensed civil engineer who manages multiple design staff members for JES Engineering. His background includes extensive experience in wind energy projects, water resources engineering and various types of land development projects. Todd acts as a liaison between various parties, including the client, consultants, cities, counties and state agencies, such as the Department of Water Resources, Caltrans and the Department of Fish and Game. He is formally educated and very experienced in water-related issues and design, including potable and non-potable water systems, sanitary sewer, hydrology and storm drainage infrastructure. Todd holds a bachelor’s of science degree in civil engineering and a master’s degree in business administration. Todd is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of California and is a Qualified SWPPP Developer and a Qualified SWPPP Practitioner.
